Wheat Halwa

Ingredients

wheat flour 1cup
required water
corn flour 2,1/2tbsp
coconut milk 2,1/2cup
jaggery 400gm
cardamom powder 1/2tsp
salt 1pinch
sugar 1tsp
ghee 3 tbsp
nuts

How to make

Take a bowl,add wheat flour and required water.Knead well like chappathi dough.Add 1 cup of water.Rest for 45 minutes.Mix well using hand.Drain into a bowl.Our wheat milk is ready.Rest for 2 hours.Avoid water in wheat milk.Take a bowl,add corn flour.Mix well using 3 tbsp of water.Heat a pan,add jaggery and 1 cup of water.Keep the melt well and off the flame.Heat pan,add wheat milk and coconut milk.When it is heated add jaggery syrup.Mix well.Add cardamom powder, salt and sugar.Mix well.Add corn flour mix, ghee and nuts.Mix well.When it is thicked,turn off the flame.Spread ghee in serving plate and pour halwa mix. Put in with or without refrigerator for 2 hours.Our tasty wheat halwa is ready.
