wheat flour 1 cup

cumin seed 1 tablespoon

for making batter

Besan flour 5 tablespoons
salt
Coriander leaves
Water

For filling

pea 2
boiled potato 3
ginger
chilli flakes
Coriander leaves
Salt

How to make

Take 1 cup wheat flour, cumin seed and salt in a bowl.Mix it and add little water into it and knead the dough well as chappathi dough.Rest it for sometimes.Then we can make the batter by taking besan flour 5 tablespoon, coriander leaves and salt in a bowl.Later add little water into it and make the medium loose batter.After that we can make the filling by using grinded pea , ginger, boiled and mashed potato ,chilli flakes , coriander leaves and salt. mix it well.Then roll the wheat dough by spreading maida.Later scrub the filling on wheat chappathi.Then cut in triangle shape. Heat oil in a pan and dip each triangle shape in besan batter and fry it. Flip other side.continue in medium flame .Fry until become golden colour.Now ready to serve
