Wheat dosa is tasty and healthy breakfast recipe.

Ingredients

wheat flour 1cup
curd 1/2cup
salt to taste
cumin seed 1/2tsp
green chilli 2
Onion 1,1/2
coriander leaves
turmeric powder 1/2tsp

How to make

Take a bowl,add wheat flour,curd and salt.Mix well.Add required water and mix well.Rest for 1 hour.Add cumin seed,chopped green chilli,chopped onion, coriander leaves and turmeric powder.Mix well.Ourdosa batter is ready.Heat oil in a pan,add 1 tava batter of dosa and spread it.One side is cooked, then cook on the other side.Our tasty wheat dosa is ready.
