wheat flour 1cup
baking powder 1tsp

banana 2nors
cardamom powder 1/2tsp
ghee 2tsbsp
cashews
milk 1/4cup
How to make

Heat pan,add jaggery and water.When the jaggery is melt,switch off the flame and sieve it.Take a bowl ,add wheat flour,baking powder and salt.Mix well.Take a jar,add banana ,cardamom powder,ghee and jaggery syrup.Grind well.Add this paste in to flour.Mix well.Add milk and mix well.Grease the idli stand with the ghee.Place the idli stand in the preheated steamer.Pour the batter into the idli vessel.Sprinkle roasted cashews on top.Steam it 10 minutes.Open the lid after 10 minutes.Tasty and soft cake is ready.
