Ingredients

Heavy cream / Heavy whipping cream / Whipping cream / Amul Fresh cream – 500ml
Condensed milk – 1 cup / 250ml
Milk – ½ cup / 125 ml (Chilled)
Vanilla essence – 1 tbsp
Steps

Add heavy cream, condensed milk and milk to a blender and blend till thick and creamy.
Add vanilla essence and blend again. Do not add vanilla essence before the mixture becomes thick.
It just takes less than 2 minutes of blending in total.
Transfer the mixture to a dish to set. Smoothen the top.
Cover and transfer to the freezer for 5 hours.
Remove and enjoy the ice cream.
