onion 1/2
green chilli
curry leaves
salt to taste
pepper powder 1 tbsp
How to make

2 cup urad dal washed and soaked for 2 to 3 hours.Drain the excess water after 2 hours.let’s grind it well using 1 or 2 tbsp water.Transfer in to a bowl.Mix well.Cover and let it sit for one hour.Add chopped onion,curry leaves and green chillies.Mix well.Heat oil in a deep pot.Take a bowl of water to dip our hand.dip hand in to the water.Take small dough and roll it.Then make a hole in center.Then drop it to the hot oil.fry it becomes golden color.
