Traditional Sambaar powder

To make it, first put three tablespoons of coriander in a bowl, two tablespoons of seaweed, one tablespoon of sambar sprouts and a tablespoon of sardines. Then add a tablespoon of rice to the rice, no matter what the rice is. Then add a handful of raisins. Depending on the buffalo, it may be increased or reduced. Then add one teaspoon of black pepper, one teaspoon of cumin, one and a half teaspoons of mashed potatoes, a handful of freshly washed, rinsed water and put in the dried curry leaves.

Now we need to fry it all up in a nonstick pan oven and put it in a fireplace and in a low flame.

If you want to use sambar powder for a long time, you only need to increase the amount of ingredients in it, but you have to be very careful when adding the ingredients. Do not fry the raisins in it for too long and you will get a fumes

Now take a few ingredients and put them all together. Care must be taken to keep the fire always low. Roasting it for two minutes is enough, but when the heat is too hot to tolerate, it can be removed quickly. That should be the chilli boil.

When the heat is very handy, take only the red chillies and fry the rest of the ingredients together. After two or three minutes, when the color is slightly changed, the flame is turned off and the red chillies that have already been replaced are put back into it.

Before mixing it, mix it with a teaspoon of powdered powder, a teaspoon of turmeric powder and a teaspoon of Kashmiri chili powder. Then make it into fine powder and grind it.
