Ingredients

tomato 1/2kg
onion 1/2 piece
garlic 4
ginger small piece
red chilli 2
beetroot small piece
water 1/4cup
vinegar 3 tsp
sugar 4tbsp
salt to taste
How to make

Take a cooker,add chopped tomato,onion,garlic,ginger,red chilli, beetroot and water.Close lid and cook until 4 whistle.After cool,Grind well.Drain tomato paste in to a pan.Add vinegar and sugar.Put the flame on and mix well.Add salt and boil well.When it is thicked,turn off the flame.Our tomato sauce is ready
