Tomato curry

Tomato cannot avoid in cooking.tomatoes are rich in vitamins and minerals.here we make a tasty curry with tomato.it is very suitable for lunch as well as our breakfast.

ingredients

sesame oil or coconut oil 2-3 tablespoons
mustard seeds 1 tablespoon
fennel seed 1 tablespoon
urad dal 1 tablespoon
garlic cloves 7-8 nos
onion 2
tomato 4
ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
pepper powder 1 tablespoon
red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
coriander powder 1 tablespoon
turmeric powder 1/4 tablespoon
water as needed
salt as needed
curry leaves and coriander leaves as needed

how to make

heat a pan and add 2-3 tablespoon sesame oil or coconut oil into it.then add 1 tablespoon mustard seeds, with that add 1 tablespoon fennel seed and 1 tablespoon urad dal. after that we can add garlic cloves and 2 green chilli into it.then saute it well. later we can add onion into it. after some time add tomatoes.then saute well in medium flame.covered the pan untill the tomatoes turn soft and mashed.after 4 or 5 minutes add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste ,then 1 tablespoon pepper powder .with that add 1 tablespoon red chilli powder ,1tablespoon coriander powder and 1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder. finally we can add water as needed with that add salt as needed.then covered pan until curry boiled for 2 minutes. at last we can add curry leaves and coriander leaves into it. now our tasty tomato curry ready
