4.ginger – 1 small piece
5.greenchilli- 1 or 2 nos
6.garlic – 2 cloves
7.cinnamon- 2 small piece
8.cardomon – 4 nos

10.coriander – 1 tbsp
11.cumin -1/4tbsp
12.cashewnuts – 10 nos
13.Turmeric powder – 1/2tbsp
14.red chilli powder- 1 tbsp
15.salt – as required
16.ghee/oil – 2tbsp
17.coconut- 1cup
Grind coconut, ginger, garlic, 1 piece cinnamon, 2cloves, 2 cardomon, coriander seeds, cuminseeds along with little water.Heat the presuure cooker and add ghee/oil.fry cinnamon, cardomon and cloves.Then fry cashenuts also.Add onion, green chilli and fry for a minute then add tomato, turmeic powder, salt and masala paste. Fry for a minute. Add washed rice and fry. Add 2 cups water an close lid.wait until one whistle on high flame and 2 whistles on low flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.
