Ingredients

Idli rice – 1 cup
Urad dal – 2 tbs
Sugar – 2 cup
water – 1 cup

Salt – 1 pinch
Orange food colour – 2 pinch
Baking powder – 4 pinch
Oil for frying
Sugar to coat

Method

Wash and soake 1 cup of idly rice and 2 table spoon urad dal in water for 3 hours. Then grind by adding little water to idly batter consistency. Now add 2 pinch of edible red Orenge food colour. , 4 pinch Baking powder, 1 pinch salt. .mix well.
