ഓവനും ബീറ്ററും ഇല്ലാതെ ഒരു അടിപൊളി ക്യാരറ്റ് കേക്ക് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയാലോ

All Purpose Flour -1cup
Sugar-10tbsp
Baking Powder-1tsp
Baking Soda -1/2tsp
Salt-one pinch
Essence -2tsp
Melted Butter -1/4cup or oil
Egg – 2 or Curd -1/2cup
Milk-2tbsp
colour -opt

Method

Strain maida baking powder ,soda and salt together .
Beat egg well, to that add powdered sugar ,Butter ,essence and colour ..mix well..
Add this mix to the maida and mix well..Finally add milk and mix.
Pour this to a cake tin
Bake in low flame for 35-40 minutes
in oven 160 degree 35-40 minutes
