turmeric powder 1 tps
fish spices 1 tps
salt to taste
corn flour 1 tps
oil for fry
How to cook

Put the second ingredients in a jar and paste it .Take this paste in to a bowl.After ,add third ingredients in a bowl ,mix this paste in sliced fish and take 1 hour for resting.Take a frying pan and heat the oil.Now place the fish piecesside by side and fry on medium heat.Turn the pieces of on the other side and repeat the same on other side.After fry serve fish in to a plate.
