Ingredients

1.All purpose flour/Maida – 150 gm
2.Semolina/Rava – 2 tbsp
3.Salt- a pinch
4. Ghee – 3 tbsp
5.Warm water- 1/2 cup
6.Sugar- 100 gm
7.Pistachio – for garnishing
8.Oil – for frying
Method

Add flour, salt, rava and ghee in to a bowl and mix all these with fingertips, till it turns crumby. Then add warm water little at a time and make it as a chapathi dough. Cover it with a wet towel and keep it aside for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes make it as a small balls and roll them out, not too thin and use a cookee cutter or lid to remove a circle from center. Heat oil and fry it on medium flame and keep it aside on butterpaper. Bring sugar and water to boil. When the sugar syrup is ready, put one by one to the syrup and take it out. Then we can garnish it with pistachios and serve.
