soya chunks 25 gm(1cup)
salt as needed
egg 2
chilli powder 1 tablespoon
pepper powder 1/2 tablespoons
turmeric powder a pinch
corn flour 2 tablespoons

oil 3 tablespoons
ginger and garlic 1 tablespoon
cumin seed 1/2 tablespoon
onion 2 ( medium size)
tomato 2
pepper powder 1 tablespoon
chilli powder 1/2 tablespoon
coriander powder 1/2 tablespoon
tomato ketchup or lemon juce
sugar 1 tablespoon
chilli 3 ( for decoration)
how to prepare

for cooking soya take some water in sauce pan and boil it well ,then add soya chunks into it and also salt as needed.boil it for 2 minutes. now the soya is cooked well.drain the water from soya then add 2 eggs, with that add chilli powder 1 tablespoon,pepper powder 1/2 tablespoon and turmeric powder a pinch . then mix it well. after that add 2 tablespoon corn flour and mix it well. later we can take a pan and heat 3 tablespoon oil and fry mixed soya in high flame.after change fried soya into another bowl.
take the same oil for making masala . firstly we add garlic and ginger into the oil, then add cumin seed. after that we add onion and saute it well. then add salt as needed. we can add tomato when change the color of onion into golden colour .saute it well in high flame.later we can add 1 tablespoon pepper powder, 1 and half tablespoon chilli powder and 1.1/2 tablespoon coriander powder then saute it well.we can tomato ketchup or lemon juice into it , it will increase the taste of masala.after that we can add fried soya into it.mix it well.finally we can add 1 tablespoon sugar into it.at last we can decorate this with 3 chillies. now our delicious soya fry roast ready to eat.
