Soya chunks are highly nutritional and protein rich. It is easily available in market in packed containers.No need of more ingredients for making soya chunks pepper roast.It is the favourite dish of teenagers and grow ups.

Soya chunks 2 cup
Boiled water 250ml
Coconut oil 1.1/2 tablespoon
Salt as needed
Turmeric powder 1/4 tablespoons
Chilli powder 1/2 tablespoon
Garam masala 1 tablespoon
Pepper powder 2 tablespoon
Water 1/4 cup
Green chilli 1
Onion 1
Coconut( small pieces)1/4 cup
Curry leaves
How to Prepare

Take 2 cup of Soya chunks in a bowl and add 250 ml boiled water into it and mix well. Soak it for 15-20 minutes in a closed pan or bowl. After 20 minutes drain the water and wash Soya chunks 3 times.Squeeze soya chunks well and change into another bowl.
Tale a pan add 1.1/2 tablespoons coconut oil into it.After heating oil add soya chunks into it.Then add salt as needed and mix well.After that add turmeric powder 1/4 tablespoon, chilli powder 1/2 tablespoon,garam masala 1 tablespoon and pepper powder 2 tablespoon, then mix well. Then add 1/4 cup water inti it and stir well 5-6 minutes until water absorbed.Later add curry leaves and 1 green chilli into it. Later we can add sliced onion (1)into it. Saute it well until soya chunks becomes dry. At last add more curry leaves and coconut pieces into it. Off the flame ,now soya chunks pepper roast is ready to serve.
