rice 2 glass or 1/2kg
salt to taste
grated coconut
How to make

Soak rice for 12 hours.After 12 hours,Drain water in a strainer .Keep it for 10 minutes.Grind the rice using a small jar to a medium powder.Add salt and mix well.Boil water in a cooker.Take puttu vessel and fill with using grated coconut and rice flour.When steam start coming out place puttu vessel on it.Wait for 5 to 8 minutes.Our soft puttu is ready.
