Snack with Beef

Ingredients

Beef 300gm
(Cooked with red chilli powder,pepper powder,turmeric powder and salt)
Potato (boiled and mashed)1
sunflower oil 2 tablespoon
Fennel seed 1/2 tablespoon
Ginger (finely chopped)1 tablespoon
Garlic (finely chopped)1 tablespoon
Green chilli (finely chopped)1 tablespoon
onion 2 nos
Salt as needed
Beef masala 1 tablespoon
kashmiri chilli powder 1 tablespoon

Pepper powder 1/2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 tablespoon
Coriander powder 1/2 tablespoon
Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon
Maida 1.5 cup
oil 2 tablespoons
salt to taste
water 1/2 glass
bread crumbs
egg 2
pepper powder
salt

How to Make
——————
Take 300gm beef and cook it in a pressure cooker with red chilli powder,turmeric powder ,pepper powder and salt as needed.Transfer cooked beef into a mixie jar and crush it.Heat 2 tablespoon sunflower oil in a pan and add 1/2 tablespoon fennel seed into it.Then add 1 tablespoon chopped garlic,ginger and green chill into oil.saute well. Later add chopped onion into it and saute well. After we can add 1 tablespoon beef masala,kashmiri chilli powder,pepper powder,turmeric powder,and coriander powder into it.Saute it until it’s raw smell goes.Then add crushed beef into it.Saute well in low flame.Later add cooked and mashed potato into it.Finally we can add coriander leaves into that.Mix it well and transfer into a bowl.

we can take 1.5 cup maida in a bowl add 2 tablespoon oil, salt as needed into it.Then add water little by little,knead softly as chappathi dough.Rest it for 10 minutes.Take 2 egg and crop it in a bowl.Add pepper powder and salt as needed into it,beat it with a whisk.Then take maida dough and roll it.flatten it by spreading maida powder.Flatten it in ovel shape and cut into two pieces.spread water on two sides and affix the sides.Fill 2 tablespoon beef masala into it.Press it with your hands.Then spread water on other side and affix it.Then dip each snack in egg mix , then in bread crumbs .Heat oil in a pan and fry each snack in medium flame.Flip two sides.Fry until become golden colour.Now tasty iftar snack ready to serve.
