maida 1,1/2cup
sugar 1/2cup
ghee 1/4cup
hot water 1/4cup
salt a pinch
oil for fry
How to make:

Take a bowl,add sugar,ghee and hot water.Mix well.Add salt and mix well.Take maida in a bowl.Pour sugar mix into maida.Knead well.Cover it using towel.Rest it for 10 minutes.Devide in to 2 parts.Roll it thickly.Cut it in small square shapes.Heat oil in a pan,and fry it until golden color.Our tasty maida biscuits is ready.
