Semolina snack

This snack needs less time to make and the ingredients are easily available in our home.

Ingredients

Water 1 cup
semolina (rava) 1/2 cup
Cooked potato 3
Crushed ginger garlic 1 tablespoons
salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/4 tablespoon
Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
Curry leaves
Green chilli(finely chopped)1

How to prepare

Firstly heat 1 cup water in a pan.After boiling water add Semolina into it.Cook it in low flame until semolina absorbs the water.Off the flame and let it to be cool.Transfer cooked semolina into a bowl.Then add cooked potatoes into it.Later we can add crushed ginger garlic,salt to taste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder,curry leaves and green chilli along with it.Mix and knead well.shape it as your like.Heat oil in a pan and fry each snack in high flame.Flip two sides.Cook until become golden brown colour.Now tasty and crispy semolina snack ready to serve.
