Samosa is a fried or cooked dish with salty filling,such as spiced potatoes,onion,peas,cheese, meat etc..Here introduces samosa with wheat flour.

Onion 1 (finely sliced)
Tomato 1(finely sliced )
Garlic 5 cloves
Green chilli 2 nos
Red chilli powder 1/2 tablespoon
Coriander powder 1/2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 tablespoon
Chicken masala 1/2 tablespoon
Garam masala 1/4 tablespoon
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves

How to Make

First we can make wheat dough by adding little water into the wheat flour and salt.knead well and rest it for half hour. Then we can make the filling for samosa .Firstly heat oil in a pan and add sliced onion into oil.saute it well.Then add garlic,green chilli and tomato into it.saute well.Later we can add 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,chicken masala and garam masala into it and saute well.Finally we can add coriander leaves and curry leaves into it.Mix well and off the flame.After that take wheat dough and roll it very nicely by spreading wheat powder.Then heat a pan and cook the wheat chappathi.Then cut the cooked chappathi in square shape.Then take maida batter for affixing.Fold in triangle shape and fill the onion masala and affix with maida batter. Heat oil in a pan and fry each samosa. Cook it for 3 minutes. Now tasty and crispy samosa ready.
