Roasted gravy curry

This curry is suitable for breakfast and lunch, there is no need of vegetable. it is very tasty and simple.

bengal gram 2 tablespoons
black gram 2 tablespoons
blackpepper 1 tablespoon
cumin seed 1/2 teaspoon
red chillies ( kashmiri) 4
tamarind
garlic
jaggery

how to prepare

heat a pan in stove then take 2 tablespoons bengal gram , 2 tablespoons black gram ,1 tablespoon black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed and add into the pan.roast it well until become golden colour.then add 4 red chillies into it.after that add one cup coconut and 2 shallot too.then roast it well until it becomes light brown colour .later off the stove , then add some tamarind water and add normal water as it needed.grind the coconut mix after that cooled.grind it very smoothly.
Then heat a pan and add 4 tablespoon oil into it. after add mustard , then add some garlic and curry leaves.after that add one tablespoon black gram and saute it well becomes golden colour.after that add grinded mix and mix it well. continue in low flame for 5 minutes.add salt as needed.at last we can add some jaggery into it .
