Halwa is a traditional dessert of india.It is usually made on festive occasion. Here rice halwa making with less ingredients but it is very tasty.
Ingredients

White rice 1 cup( soak it at 2 hours)
Jaggery 3 ( medium size)
Coconut milk (1/2 of 1 coconut)
ghee as needed
cardamom 5 nos
Dates (as your like)
Dry grapes (as your like)
Almond for decoration
How to make

Grind white rice smoothly.Make jaggery syrup by adding 1/2 glass water.Make coconut milk by adding 5glass water.Take a thick pan add grinded rice , jaggery syrup and coconut milk into it ,mix well and heat pan. Take a spatula stir continuously the mix.Continue in low flame and stir continuously for 1 hour. After half hour add ghee . We can add more after 50 minutes.Add cardamom for flavour.we can add dates and dry grapes for taste. we can stop stir after 1 hour.After 1 hour the mix is ready.we can transfer into a bowl and decorate with almonds.we can serve it by cutting into many pieces.
