Ingredients

Potato 1 pealed and sliced
Oil 1 tablespoon
Mustard seed 1/2tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 tablespoon
Chilli powder 1/4 tablespoon
Curry leaves
Salt as needed
Lemon juice 1/2
Chilli flakes 1/4 tablespoon
Oregano flakes 1/4 tablespoon

How to prepare

Take a potato and peal it, then cut in to many pieces in round shape.Then dip in water for sometime other wise change the colour of potato.Later drain the water.After that take a frying pan and add oil into it.After heating oil fry potato pieces, flip other side in medium flame . After frying change potatoes into a bowl.
Take a pan and add oil into it.After heating oil add 1/2, tablespoon mustard seed into it.Then add 1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder,1/4 tablespoon chilli powder and mix well.Later add curry leaves.After that add fried potatoes. Then add salt to taste and lemon juice into it.Saute it well in low flame . After that we can add chilli flakes into it and mix well. Finally we can add oregano flakes into it , it gives a good flavour. Then off the flame. now our crispy potato fry ready to serve.
