Pavakka Pickle

Ingredients

1. Bittergourd- 2nos
2.gingelly oil – 50 ml
3.red chilli powder- 2 teespoon
4.asafoetida – 3/4 teespoon
5.fenugreek powder- 1/2 teespoon
6.tamarind – a goozberry size

Cut the bittergourd into thin small sizes.keep it  under sunlight (watch video for full info).Soak tamarind in water and take the juice.Heat the pan and add tamarind juice and stir well untill it becomes thick.Heat another pan and add gingelly oil, bittergourd pieces and fry untill the color become brown.keep it aside.

Use the same oil then add red chilli powder, asafietida, fenugreek powder. Then mix well.Add fried bittergourd and mix well.finally add salt and tamarind paste, mix well for 2 to 3 mintues.( watch vidoe for detail information).
