Pappadom are typically served as an accompaniment to meal in india, nepal , pakistan etc.. Which is fried in oil. It is prepared using black gram bean flour.

Ingredients

Poppadom 18 nos
Oil for frying
Shallots 30 nos
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Chilli flakes 3 tablespoons
Coconut grated 1/4 cup

How to make

take poppadom and wipe each one , then cut into small pieces. Take a pan and add oil into it.After heating oil fry every poppadom piece.Take some shallots finely chopped, then take a pan and add oil into it.After heating oil add shallots , add curry leaves along with them . Then add salt as needed.Saute it well.Then add chilli flakes. Add coconut grated after shallots becomes golden colour. At last we can fried poppadom into it and mix gently. Then off the fame , now our poppadom thoran ready to serve.
