Ingredients

ghee 1cup & 1tbsp
gram flour 2cup
maida 1cup
cardamom powder 1/4tsp
salt
sugar 3cup
water
almond
pistachio

How to make

Heat pan,add 1cup of ghee , gram flour,maida,cardamom powder and salt.Saute well.Keep low flame.Add 1tbsp of ghee.Mix well.Now it becomes paste,then switch off the flame.Heat a pan,add sugar and required water.Boil well add 1 lemon juice.Boil until sticky consistency and off the flame.Take a pan and pour caramel syrup.Mix it continuously.Spread ghee another plate.Transfer caramel into plate and roll it.Apply batter into caramel wires.Take a greased tray and sprinkle sliced almond and pistachio ,Add panji mittayi and level it by applying little pressure.Cut in shapes.Keep rest for 30 minutes.Our tasty panji mittayi is ready.
