water 3tbsp
pathiri powder 3/4 cup
salt to taste

How to make

Take a jar,add meals , water and pathiri powder first mix half cup.Mix well using spoon.Crush down little by little.Add salt and 1/4 cup pathiri powder .Mix well and crush little by little.Transfer in to bowl and knead well.Make small balls using some oil.Press each balls in pathiri press.Dip in pathiri powder and just hit.Heat pan in stove,add each pathiri and bake it.Soft nice pathiri is ready.
