Neyyappam is Kerala’s favorite recipe.This is very easy to make and will be loved everyone.
Ingredients:

white rice 3cup
maida 3/4cup
water 3/4cup
jaggery 300gm
coconut
salt cardamom powder
oil for fry
How to make:

Soak white rice for 6 hours.After 6 hours,drain and crush well.Transfer 3 cup of crushed white rice powder into a bowl.Add maida,salt and cardamom powder.Mix well.Heat 3/4cup of water and add jaggery.Boil well.when it is melted ,turn off the flame.Our jaggery syrup is ready.Heat 2 tbsp of oil and add small pieces of coconut.Rost it.Pour jaggery syrup in to flour mix.Mix well.Our neyyappam batter is ready.Rest it for 1 hour.Add 1/2cup of water.Add roasted coconut.Mix well.Heat oil in a pan,add 1 tava neyyappam batter.Fry it.Our tasty neyyappam is ready.
