salt to taste
gram flour 1/2 cup
garlic paste 1 tsp
kayam
baking soda v1/4 tso
chilli powder 1 tsp
required water
oil for fry
For Chattni
————-
onion 2
tomato 1
garlic 2
salt
chilli powder 1tsp
vinegar 1 tsp
coconut oil 1tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
How to make

Take baji mulak and cut one side.Salt well inside.Take a bowl,add gram flour,salt,garlic paste,kayam,baking soda,chilli powder and required water.Mix it well.Put in a thick batter.Take baji mulak and dip in batter .Heat oil in a pan and fry it.
Chattni

Take a jar ,add Onion ,tomato, garlic,salt,chilli powder,vinegar,coconut oil and sugar.Grind well.Tasty chattni is ready.
