പാൽബൺ ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കു പാത്രം കാലിയാകുന്ന വഴി അറിയില്ല

We like sweets always.Milk bun specially liked by children.It is very tasty and simple to make.

Ingredients

Curd 3 tablespoon
maida 1 cup
Sugar (crushed) 2 tablespoon
Water
oil for frying
sugar for syrup

How to make
————-
Take curd,sugar and maida in a bowl , mix it well.Then add water little by little and knead the mix.Beat it with your hands. Heat a pan in stove add oil into it.After heating oil put dough into the oil as small balls.fry it and flip other side.Continue in low flame.Later heat a pan and add 1 cup water into it, then add sugar into it.off the flame after boiling sugar syrup.Transfer the fried bun into the sugar syrup and continue in low flame.Then transfer the milk bun into a bowl. Now tasty milk bun is ready.
