It is simple to make and very crispy to eat. we make this as evening snack.

Ingredients

Cooked rice 1.5 cup
chopped onion 3/4 cup
Chopped ginger 2 tablespoons
Chopped green chilli 2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 tablespoon
Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
Asafoetida powder 1/4 tablespoon
Besan flour 2-3 tablespoon
Rice flour 2-3 tablespoon
Coconut oil
Curry leaves
salt

How to prepare

Take cooked rice in a bowl and add ginger, green chilli,curry leaves and onion into it.Then add salt,turmeric powder, asafoetida powder and red chilli powder along with it.Then add 2-3 tablespoon besan flour and rice flour into it. Mix and knead well by adding little water.Heat oil in a pan and shape the dough and fry each one in heated oil continue in medium flame or low flame.Now crispy vada ready to eat.
