ചക്കക്കുരു മുരിങ്ങക്കായ തോരൻ

Ingredients

1. Jackfruit seed – 1 cup ( peel the skin )
2.drumstick – 3 nos
3.coconut- 1 cup
4.coconut oil- 2tbsp
5.dried red chilli – 4 to 5 nos

6.turmeric powder- 1/2 tbsp
7.red chilli powder – 1/2 tbsp
8.curry leaves- as required
9.mustard seeds- 1/2 tbsp
10.salt – as required

Cook the vegetables with turmeric powder and water.once it is 3/4 cooked add salt and cook again.crush coconut, red chilli powder, turmeric powder. Heat pan and add oil.add mustard seeds, masala, a pinch of salt and curry leaves.fry for a minutue.Then add cooked pieces and mix well for 2 minutes.
