Jack Fruit Seed Puding

Ingredients

Jack fruit seed -15 nos
Milk -500ml
Chinagrass-6gm

Sugar-4 tabelspoon
Condensed milk-1 cup
Vanila essence -1 tsp

First boil the milk in a pan stirr continously. Once the milk get boiled, make the flame low, add 15 boiled jack fruit seed paste into this milk, and mix it continously, then add 4 table spoon sugar and 1 cup condensed milk together. Then add 6 gm melted china grass into the prepared hot milk mixture. Combine well over low flame for 2 minutes. Then add one teaspoon vannila essence, Then transfer it to a bowl, let it thicken slightly 10 minutes. And then keep refrigerated for 2 to 4 hours.
