Irani Pola

The holy month of ramadan is here,along with it the festivities.Here we present a best iftar snack.

Ingredients

Born less chicken 300gm
Turmeric powder 1/4 tablespoon
Garlic paste 1/2 tablespoon
Ginger paste 1/2 tablespoon
Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tablespoon
Curd 2 tablespoon
Salt as needed
Onion 2 (finely chopped)
Potato 1(finely chopped)
Chicken masala 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder 1/2tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 tablespoon
Egg 2 nos
Maida 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Pepper 1/2 tablespoon
Salt as needed

How to prepare

Take 300gm born less chicken in a bowl add turmeric powder,ginger, garlic paste,kashmiri chilli powder,curd and salt as needed into it.Mix it well.Let it to be rest for 10 minutes.Add some salt into chopped potatoes.Tranfer these potatoes into heated oil and fry .Transfer potatoes from heated oil.Then add chicken into the oil.fry it well.Let the chicken to be cooled and make small pieces of chicken with our hands.
Heat oil in a pan add garlic and ginger chopped into it.Then add chopped green chilli and saute well.Later we can add chopped onion into it.After adding salt we can saute well.Then add 1 tablespoon chicken masala, turmeric powder and coriander powder into it.After that add kashmiri chilli powder,pepper powder and coriander leaves along with that.Then add fried potatoes into it.Mix it well and cook it for 3-4 minutes in low flame.Add salt as needed into it.

Take 2 egg and crash this into a mixie jar,later add 1 cup maida into it.After we can add one cup milk into it.Then add 3/4 cup sunflower oil into it.Later add pepper powder and salt as needed into it.Mix it well and grind it smoothly.Heat a pan add oil into it.There should be another pan under heated pan.spread oil every parts of the pan.Then pour the half portion of egg batter into it,cook it for 5 minutes.Then add chicken filling into it.Then add half portion of egg batter on the chicken masala.Later add small fried chicken pieces,coriander leaves,and capsicum for decoration.Then cover it with a lid.Cook it for 40 minutes in low flame.Then off the flame.Heat another pan and spread oil.Transfer the snack into that pan and flip the other side.Cook other side for 6 minutes.Now tasty Irani pola ready to serve.
