Ingredients:
Cabbage – ½ kg
Onion – 1 big (Finely chopped)
Ginger – 1 big piece (Crushed)
Garlic – 6 big cloves (Crushed)

Green chilly – 1 (Finely chopped)
Tomato – 2 big (Chopped)
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp

Red chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Capsicum (Optional)
Egg – 3 (Boiled and deshelled)
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp, Salt, Oil
