Fresh cream – 3/4 cup
Sugar – 3 tsp
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp

Add full fat milk,fresh cream,sugar,vanila essence in a bowl and mix it well. Transfer it in to a cover and Tie the rubber band in place so that it doesn’t go out.Take another cover, add some ice cubes ,ice cream mix cover and some salt .Place this cover inside a cloth.Shake well for 5 minutes.Ice cream is ready.
