Honey Cake

Ingredients:

maida 3.5cup
egg 3
brown sugar 3/4cup
honey 4tbsp
butter 100gm

baking soda 1tsp
vanilla essence 1tsp
wipping cream 250 ml
powdered sugar 1cup
sour cream 1tbsp
honey syrup

How to make:

Take a clean blowl,Add egg.Beat egg with whisk or fork.Add sugar and mix it very well.Keep it aside.Take another pan and add butter and honey.Heat together in a low flame.Mix it well.Add baking soda.Mix well.Turn off the stove and allow to cool.Pour into egg mix and beat nicely.Add flour little by little.Mix well and Knead well.Cut it equal parts.Roll each balls into thin layer.Cut similar size with same cutter.Bake at 7 to 8 minutes in 180 c.Take a bowl,add wipping cream and sugar.Beat well.Our cream is ready.Add sour cream and fold it.Spread cream on one layer .Add honey syrup.Place another layer on top.Repeat same at all layers.Our tasty honey cake is ready.
