Let’s see how to make tasty and soft home made burger bun.

Ingredients:

Warm water 1/4cup
Yeast 2tbsp
Sugar 2tsp
Maida 2cup
Salt as needed

How to make:

Take a bowl,add warm water.Add yeast and 2 tsp of sugar.Mix well. Rest it for 15 minutes.Take another bowl,add maida and salt.Add soaked yeast.Mix it well using hand.Add required water.Knead it softly.Add ghee or butter.And knead well for 15 minutes.Take a bowl and spread oil . Transfer dough into bowl.Spread ghee on the top of the dough.Cover and rest it for 2 hours.After 2 hours knead well.Cut into small balls.Spread ghee in a baking tray.And transfer each balls into baking tray.Spread oil on the top.Add black seeds.Cover it for 15 minutes using a cotton.Preheat it for 30 minutes.Spread oil on the top of the bun.Our tasty and soft bun is ready.
