Diastic recti is very commonly seen women after their delivery. it is a condition in which large abdominal muscles separated.we can check diastic recti by lying in floor with your knees bent,then put your finger on your belly button and press down. if you feel any gap there you should have diastic recti. it is not a dangerous disease but it causes back pain . during your pregnancy your abdominal muscles stretched out from your uterus it lead way to diastic recti.during delivery pushing also causes diastic recti.proper excercise needed for diastic recti ,there are some excercise for it.plank , crunches and twist are not suitable for diastic recti ,so we should follow the excercises for diastic recti only.
