Ingredients

Carrot 1 ( chopped)
Potato 1(chopped)
Green peas
Onion 1 (sliced)
Curry leaves
Ginger (finely chopped)1 tablespoon
Green chilli 5
First coconut milk
second coconut milk

Cardamom 2
cinnamon 1 piece
Fennel seed 1/2 tablespoon
Clove 2
Pepper 1/2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 tablespoon
Egg 4

How to Prepare

Firstly we can cook vegetables in a pressure cooker.Add some onion, ginger,and 2 green chilli along with vegetables.Then add salt to taste.Later add 2nd coconut milk into it.Cook it well in pressure cooker.wait for one whistle from the cooker .off the flame.Then just crush garam masala in your crusher.Heat oil in a pan add crushed garam masala into the oil.Then add left over onion , green chilli, ginger and curry leaves into it.Later add salt to taste.saute it well.Then add turmeric powder into it.After that add cooked vegetables into it.Then add first coconut milk into it and off the flame.Finally add boiled egg into it.Then add one tablespoon coconut oil and curry leaves into it. Then cover the pan with a lid. Now tasty and healthy egg stew ready to serve.
