Egg Puttu

Egg puttu is a easy and tasty.
It is veriety in puttu items.Egg puttu recipe is given below.

For egg masala

Oil – 2 tsp
Onion thinly sliced – 1
Green chilly – 1
Tomato – 1
Curry leaves
Ginger small piece
Chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Egg – 2
Corriander leaves

To prepare puttu for cooking

Puttu powder – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Water as required
Greated coconut -3/4 cup

Egg masala

Heat oil in a pan and add thinly sliced onion,chilly,chopped tomatoes,crushed ginger and curry leaves.Mix it well and fry.Add chilly powder ,garam masala,salt,egg and corriander leaves .Mix it well .After some times switch off the gas.
Take a bowl add some egg masala and puttu mix.After these mix cook in steam.

Preparing puttu powder

Mix puttu powder with salt and add water little at a time and mix well.Mix until you can form a firm shape out of the puttu but breaks when pressed.Add greated coconut and mix once again.
