ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
curd 3 tbsp
bay leaf 2
jathipathri 1/2
cardamom 1
cloves 1
cinnamon stick 1 piece
thakkolam 1
ghee 5 tbsp
salt as needed
chilli powder 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
biriyani masal 1/2 tsp
boiled water 1/4 glass

for egg fry

kismis 2 to 3 tbsp

How to cook

Heat oil in a cooker,add nuts.Transfer after roast.Add onion and salt.Saut well.transfer it.Add boiled egg,salt,turmeric powder,chilli powder in to cooker.Fry it for 2 minutes and transfer.Add bay leaves,jathipathri,cardamom,clovescinnamon sticks and thakkola and fry.Add onion,salt,green chilli,ginger garlic paste.Saute well.Add chilli powder,turmeric powder,biriyani masala and tomato.Mix well.add curd,fried onion , nuts ,pothina leaves and corriander leaves.Mix well.Add boiled water.salt ,rice ,egg ,fried onion .Mix well.Add ghee.Cook in one vistle.Tasty egg biriyani is ready.
