Ingredients

White rice(khaima rice) – 1 glass
Coconut – 1/2glass
Carrot-1big
Fenugreek seed-1/2tsp
Cardamom – 2
Shallots – 2ns
Salt
Water
Coconut oil-2tbs
For masala:
Chicken breast-200g

Onion – 1ns
Green chilly – 2ns
Ginger garlic paste-1tbs
Pepper powder – 1&1/5tbs
Garam masala-1/2tsp
Curry leaves
Chicken stock-1tbs

Preparation

Cook the chi2breast with pepper powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and little water. Shreded the chicken with hand. Keep aside.Heat oil in pan add onion. Then saute well. Add ginger garlic paste, green chilly saute again.thwn add curry leaves. Mix well. Thwn add pepper powder and garam masala. Then put the chicken pieces into the pan. Mix well. Our masla is ready.
Then we can prepare the batter. Put 1 glass of water, 1/2glass of coconut, Fenugreek seeds, Cardamom, carrots, salt and shallots in the mixer grinder with little water. Grind well. Then take the steamer in flame. Put our mould into the steamer. Pour the batter first then put the masala above the batter.sprinkle some coconut oil. Then close the lid for 5min.then again pour the batter above the masala. Sprinkle some coconut oil. Close the lid for 12 to 15min.Our healthy iftar snack is ready.
