Easy Egg Curry

Ingredients

+ Tomato-3big
+ Kudampuli-1small
+ Onion -1/2
+ Green chilli-2
+ Ginger-1small piece
+ Curryleaves –
+ Salt-
+ Sugar(opt)
+ Chilli Powder-1/2tsp
+ Kashmiri Chilli Powder-3/4 tsp
+ Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp
+ Thick coconut milk-1cup
+ Coconut Oil- 1 tsp
+ Water-1 1/2cup

Seasoning

+ Small Onion-6-7
+ Curryleaves –
+ Coconut Oil-2tbsp

Method

Boil Egg and remove the shell .. After cooling down cut each egg into 2 or 3 pieces
In a kadai mix everything listed above except coconut milk and Egg ..
Close the kadai and cook for 10 minutes in medium flame. Then open the kadai and cook for another 5 minutes .
