Easy healthy pickle for ghee rice, biriyani and white rice. We can keep it for months.. The mixing of dates makes the injipuli pickle very delicious and healthy… Here i am preparing in clay pot for keeping it a natural friendly 🤗and all will love its yummy taste😋👌

Tamarind – small ball
Jaggery – 1/4 piece
Coconut oil – 2 tsp
Ginger – small piece
Green chilli – 2

Mustards seeds – 1/2 tsp
