DALGONA BUN

For bun:
1 1/4 cup maida
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
Salt to taste
1 tbsp milk powder
1/2 tsp yeast
1/3+1/8 warm milk
1 tbsp butter

Mix everything except butter.Once it’s mixed add butter & then mix again.
Butter filling:
2 1/2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tbsp sugar

Beat the soft butter & sugar until it’s fluffy & then cool it by covering with cling film or foil.
Topping:
2 1/2 tbsp butter
2 or 3 tbsp sugar
1 egg yolk+ half white
1/3 cup maida
1 1/2 tsp coffee powder (instant)
2 tsp hot water.

Method:
Once the bun has risen,Kneed it again into 4 parts.Fill each parts with the butter filling & keep it aside to rise again.
Prepare the topping at this time.Beat the butter & sugar until it’s fluffy,add everything & mix.When the bun has risen,cover it with the mix,make sure it’s fully covered.
Preheat the oven 175degree.
Bake for 15-20 mins.
