Custard cake is very tasty and easy to make without oven, beater and egg.

Ingredients

custard powder 2tbsp
baking powder 1tsp
salt 2pinch
oil 1/2cup
powdered sugar 1/2cup
milk 1cup
nuts

How to make

Preheat a deep pan with 1 cup salt 15 minutes in a low flame.Take a filter,add maida,custard powder and salt.Drain well.Take a bowl,add oil and powdered sugar .Beat well for 5 minutes.Add 1/4cup milk and half of the flour.Mix it slowly.Add 1/4cup milk and flour all together.Mix well.Add 1/2milk and some nuts.Mix well.Pour it into deep pan.Add nuts.Bake it for 30 to 35 minutes.Tasty custard cake is ready.
