Crispy and Soft Poori

Poori used commonly in south india. It used as a breakfast or dinner dish. It is very tasty and simple to make.

Ingredients

wheat flour 1 cup
Maida 1 cup
Semolina 1 tablespoon
salt to taste
Sunflower oil 1 tablespoon
Lukewarm water
Oil for frying

How to make

Take 1 cup wheat flour and 1 cup maida in a bowl. Then add 1 tablespoon semolina into it. Later we can add 1/2tablespoon sunflower oil and salt to taste. Then mix it well with your hand.After we can add lukewarm water little by little into it. Then knead the dough well .Later spread 1/2 tablespoon oil ino it and knead well. Rest it for 15 minutes.Then roll each poori.Heat a pan add oil into it.After heating oil fry each poori in low flame .Now crispy and soft poori ready to serve.
