Coconut scraping is the most time consuming and tedious job of cooking.Especially during celebrations like onam,vishu etc.
Nowadays,we use grinder for coconut scraping.

But,this video introducing easiest method of coconut grating without using coconut scraper.Take coconut, wrap it slowly around the side of coconut using knife. If the coconut is removed from the shell,it will have brown colored skin. Remove it using knife or pealer.
Devide coconut in to small pieces. Add this coconut in to a jar,and grind it.Our grated coconut is ready.
